INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: AECOM Technical Services, Inc. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Richard Marley, Public Works Director and Matt Newell, City Engineer. <br /> Richard Marley will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any questions of the <br /> Council on this item. <br /> SCHEDULE: DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION: <br /> The first bridge inspections due are for the two Garfield Avenue bridges to be completed by December <br /> 2016. The remaining inspections are to be completed prior to October 2017. <br /> BUDGET IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: The proposed engineering services agreement with AECOM is for a total not to <br /> exceed cost of$77,803.80. Funding for this project is allocated in the State Motor Fuel Tax Fund. <br /> Funding for future bridge work is unknown at this time. Funding will need to be identified once the <br /> bridge inspections are completed and the necessary work is identified. <br /> Staffing Impact: Staff time is allocated to manage and review the specified bridge inspections. <br /> This memorandum was prepared by Matthew C.
