Staff' s recommenda- <br /> tion is also for approval. This is in the Corman Court Special <br /> Assessment Sanitary District, and now that City facilities are <br /> available, smaller lot sizes are proper. <br /> Motion was made and seconded (Foster/Grossman) to recommend the <br /> petition to Council for approval. Vote was unanimous for approval. <br /> Cal. No. 76-109 - Petition of ELLEN C. RUBEL and BETTY JO FORBES <br /> to rezone the premises commonly known as 301 <br /> West North Street from O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT to <br /> B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Mr. Menzies read a letter from the petitioner' s attorney, Lewis <br /> Hull, 500 Millikin Court, asking that the matter be tabled, due <br /> to the inability of the petitioners to be present today. <br /> Motion was made and seconded (Foster/Cusick) to table the petition <br /> to the January meeting of the Plan Commission. Vote was unanimous <br /> for tabling. <br /> Cal. No. 76-111 - Petition of JOHN F. SNYDER to rezone a tract <br /> of land generally located just north of the <br /> 600 - 700 blocks East Pershing Road between <br /> Nvrth Broadway and Brett Avenue from R-1 SINGLE <br /> FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DIS- <br /> TRICT. <br /> and <br /> Cal. No. 76-119 - Preliminary Plat: A.P.S. COMMERCIAL PARK. <br /> Bob Krimmel of the engineering firm, Krimmel & Associates, 2900 <br /> North Broadway, appeared as spokesman for the project. He asked <br /> that Cal. No. 76-111 be considered at the same time as Cal. No. <br /> 76-119 because of common problems which would be brought out <br /> during the discussion. Mr. Krinunel advised that he had prepared <br /> the engineering plans now before the Commission. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> Zoning Committee Recommendations: Mr. Cusick reported the Zoning <br /> Committee was recommending approval, but due to existing zoning <br />
