' � � <br /> Mr. Grossman reported that specifications on the plat for Snyder <br /> Drive are something less than the Engineering Department felt <br /> were necessary, but if the petitioner was willing to abide with <br /> Engineering recommendations, then this could be handled through <br /> the motion, making approval subject to Engineering approval. <br /> Mr. Krimmel stated the petitioner would be willing to abide with <br /> all Engineering requirements. <br /> Mr. Likins asked if it would be the Commission' s feeling that a <br /> minimum and maximum setback be recommended by the Commission or <br /> if this would be left up to staff? Mr. Grossman replied that it <br /> could be done any way the Commission would like. <br /> rir. Grossman reported other items brought out at the Plat Com- <br /> mittee meeting. He stated staff wanted the swale that goes across <br /> this property put underground and Engineering had agreed, but <br /> details had not been worked out. Also, there were some questions <br /> regarding access of Snyder Drive onto Broadway, and the City <br /> Engineering Department should enter into that question. <br /> Mr. Likins stated questions regarding the surface of Snyder Drive <br /> were also brought out. Mr. Grossman affirmed trat the Plat <br /> Committee wasn't satisfied with the street as it exists. <br /> Mr. Krimmel stated that in regard to the� storm sewer, they felt ', <br /> that at the time Lots 5 & 6 were developed, the storm sewer could <br /> be put in then, however, if Engineering insisted at this time, <br /> they could go ahead with it. Mr. Grossman mentioned posting <br /> bond and Mr. Rrimmel stated this would be done. <br /> Motion was made and seconded (Likins/Foster) to recommend Cal. <br /> No. 76-111 to the Council for approval. Vote was unanimous for <br /> approval. <br /> Motion was made and seconded (Grossman/Likins) to recommend <br /> the plat (Cal. No. 76-119) to Council for approval, with the <br /> recommendation that a 100' minimum setback be required along <br /> the north boundary line and subject to Engineering and Legal <br /> approvals. Vote was unanimous for approval. <br />
