Nihiser, et al, fvr submission of the question of annexation <br /> to the ccx'Porate authorities of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the Court having <br /> heard arguments of counsel and the Petition fiied herein, there being no written <br /> objections filed and the Court beinq fully advised in the premises, finds: <br /> 1. That notice of the filing of said Petition, qiving the date of the <br /> hearinq thereon, the substance thereof, the description of the tenifiory to be <br /> annexed, and the name of the annexing municipality was given not more than <br /> thirty (30) nar less than fifteen {l5) days before the date affixed for said hearing; <br /> that said notice was published in the Decatur Herald and Decatur Review, a <br /> newspaper published daily in the City of Decatur, Illinois, on the 9th day of Juiy, <br /> 1g77; that a true copy of said notice was also filed with the Clerk of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, as evidenced by proof af service of notice which has been <br /> filed herein, that the Court fixed the hearing date of July 28, 1977, at which time <br /> certificate of publication wvas received by the Court and proof of service of notice <br /> on the Clerk of the City of Decatur, Illinois, was received by the Court. That an <br /> affidavit of service �^-�as filea in said cause which stated that the property to be <br /> annexed is not located within any fire protection district nor within any public <br /> library district, and thus notice upan any trustee was not required. That the Decatur <br /> Township Hiqhway Con�+nissioner and the members of the Board of Town Auditors of <br /> Decatur Township were served vvith notice o�. �u�� hearing by certified mail on the <br /> 13th day of july, 1977, mare than ten (10) days prior to said hearing as provided fn <br /> 4 <br />
