That the Petition for Annexation filed in the cause is signed by a <br /> majority of the owners of recard of land in such territory hereinafter described and <br /> is signed by a majority of the elect�s residing in such territory hereinafter <br /> described, and is siqned by a major#ty of the property owners of record and the <br /> o�vners of rscard of more than fifty p�rcent (50%) of the land in the territory <br /> hereinafter described. <br /> 6.
