' , � I AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LOCAL IMPROVMENT SY THE ��LMED CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF SANITARY SEWERS KNOWN AS � CRESTWOOD SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT � BE IT ORDAINED BY Tfl E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : . _ SECTION 1: That there be constructed a Local Improvement within the City of Decatur , Illinois , consisting of a complete sanitary sewerage systen, including laterals , manholes , and all accessories thereto, . as shown on the maps, profiles , drawings , plans and details , marked � "Exhibit 2" , and accompanying detailed specifications , marked "Exhibit ' 3" , which are attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, the . ', same as if fully set forth herein . SECTION 2 : That said improvement shall be paid for by special assessment against property benefiting thereby . SECTION 3: That there is hereby established a Sanitary Sewer District within the City of Decatur , Illinois , designated as CRESTWOOD SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT, which said District shall include all parts of the City of Decatur , Illinois, within the boundaries described on attached "Exhibit 1". SECTION 4 : Said improvement shall consist of the .construction of a complete sanitary sewer system, and the necessary restoration of street surfaces, all complete in place , as shown in Exhibit 2 and as specified in "Exhibit 3" . The improvement is more particul.arly described in "Exhibit 2" , being the plans and specifications , and consists of a complete sanitary sewer district to serve all parts of. . the City of Decatur , as described in "Exhibit 1", and as shown on sheets 1 throngh 34 of the detailed plans and specifications , including the locations of all such sewers and the depths thereof as described in "Exhibit 2". SECTION 5 : The said Sanitary Sewer improvement consists of vitrified clay sewer pipe with tee branches laid with type one flexible, water tight joints , concrete encasement of vitrified pipe sewers at selected locations , city standard manholes , concrete encased 8-inch vitrified drop connections at drop manholes , improved street surface restoration to the specifications included; protectioa, care and replacement of all existing underground and above ground utilities in the lineup , or near , said improvements ; and all necessary appurtenances thereto required to complete the sanitary sewer system.
