That said territory or premises above described <br /> be, and the same are hereby, annexed to and made a part of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 2. That a plat of said premises herein annexed is <br /> hereto attached and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3.
