That the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois , be , and it is hereby, amended at Section l. of <br /> Chapter 35 thereof so that said Section as so amended shall <br /> provide as follows : <br /> l. No person, firm or corporation, other than <br /> employees of the City or persons or entities engaged <br /> in performing work under a contract with the City, <br /> shall make an excavation in an street alle <br /> . , <br /> Y Y Y <br /> easement or ather ublic lace in the Cit of Decatur <br /> P P Y ► <br /> Illinois , for any purpose without first obtaining a <br /> pernit in writing from the Department of Public Works. <br /> Section 2.
