M. , described as: <br /> Beginning at a point on the East lin�e of the <br /> NE4 of the NE4 of said Section 35, 974.88 feet <br /> South of the Northeast corner; thence South <br /> 350.0 feet to the Southeast corner of the NE4 <br /> of the NS4; thence West 1315.6 feet to the <br /> Southyaest corner; thence North 1264.0 feet to <br /> a point on the South right-of-way line of East <br /> Mound Road; thence East 350.0 feet; thence South <br /> 964.88 feet; thence East 965.17 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; <br /> situated in the County• of Macon and State of Illinoi.s; and <br /> �,1HEREAS, said Decatur Ci^ty Plan Commission recornmended <br /> tnat such Residence Development Plan be approved and said special <br /> permit issued. ' <br /> NOW THEREFOR�� BE IT ORDAINED BY THL COU�(CIL OF THi: CITY <br /> OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned <br /> a special permit be, and it is hereby, granted REAL fiSTATE DEVELOP- � <br /> MENT COMPANY to develop the premises aforesaid as an R-5 RESIDfiNCE <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN in accordance with the plot plan the�eof hereto at- <br /> tached and hereby made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein, <br /> said plot plan being designated Carriage House Apartments, Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and showing last revision date of February 15, 1972. <br /> Section 2. ?hat said special permit authorized and grant- <br /> ed hereby be, and the same is hereby, expressly condi'�ioned as <br /> follows; <br /> (a) That said premises be developed in accordance with <br /> the plot plan aforesaid for residential and incidental uses as shown , <br /> therein and none other and that all driveways, access ways, entrances, <br /> walkways, parking lots, buildings, site bzeak screens, landscaping, <br /> fences, recreational facilities, yards, open space and set backs and <br /> all other structures and improvements be constructed, provided fur- <br /> nished and improved as shown and located on the site plan thereof, the <br /> same being the plot plan aforesaid. <br />
