7196 GRANTING PERMIT FOR R-6 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN

That before a building permit is issued for development of any phase other than Phases I and II the water service to said premises shall be looped by the furnishing by petitioners of a main not less than 6 inches in size extending from a point at or near the Northeast corner of said described premises Southward along North Country Club Road to East William Street Road; thence Westward along East William Street Road to and connecting with the existing 16 inch main of the City at or near a point 125 feet Southeasterly from the Southwest corner of said described premises , and in the event it may be required by the City that a main larger than 6 inches in size be constructed to accomplish such loop the cost of the additional size above 6 inch shall be borne by the City. k. That before a building permit is issued with regard to Phase IV, petitioners shall furnish an extension to the 24 inch sanitary interceptor sewer substantially as is shown on said Exhibit A. l. That construction and development of any phase subject to the conditions aforesaid may be commenced before the completion of improvements in any prior phase. Section 3. That in addition to the foregoing conditions and limitations petitioners otherwise substantially and timely comply with the provisions of the applicable Codes , Ordinances , standards , rules and regulations of the City. Section 4 . That the Special Permit hereby granted shall terminate upon the failure of petitioners to so substantially and timely comply with said provisions and with conditions and limitations hereof. Section 5. That the Zoning Map, the same being incorporated in the Zoning Ordinance, the same being Ordinance No. 3512 as amended, be modified in accordance herewith.
