That before a building permit is issued for development of <br /> any phase other than Phases I and II the water service to said premises <br /> shall be looped by the furnishing by petitioners of a main not less than <br /> 6 inches in size extending from a point at or near the Northeast corner <br /> of said described premises Southward along North Country Club Road to <br /> East William Street Road; thence Westward along East William Street <br /> Road to and connecting with the existing 16 inch main of the City at or <br /> near a point 125 feet Southeasterly from the Southwest corner of said <br /> described premises , and in the event it may be required by the City <br /> that a main larger than 6 inches in size be constructed to accomplish <br /> such loop the cost of the additional size above 6 inch shall be borne <br /> by the City. <br /> k. That before a building permit is issued with regard to Phase <br /> IV, petitioners shall furnish an extension to the 24 inch sanitary <br /> interceptor sewer substantially as is shown on said Exhibit A. <br /> l. That construction and development of any phase subject to <br /> the conditions aforesaid may be commenced before the completion of <br /> improvements in any prior phase. <br /> Section 3. That in addition to the foregoing conditions and <br /> limitations petitioners otherwise substantially and timely comply with <br /> the provisions of the applicable Codes , Ordinances , standards , rules <br /> and regulations of the City. <br /> Section 4 . That the Special Permit hereby granted shall terminate <br /> upon the failure of petitioners to so substantially and timely comply <br /> with said provisions and with conditions and limitations hereof. <br /> Section 5. That the Zoning Map, the same being incorporated in <br /> the Zoning Ordinance, the same being Ordinance No. 3512 as amended, <br /> be modified in accordance herewith. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this (��- day of December, <br /> 1976. <br /> , <br /> � � ..�k�C���- <br /> �� <br /> MAYOR �_�-.�, ��,,,,_ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
