7114 GRANTING CONDITIONAL AND LIMITED VARIANCE OF MINIMUM PARKING SPACE REGULATIONS

That sub�ject to the limitations and conditj.ons . hereinafter set out , the parltin� and loadin� re�ulations of the City be , and they are hereby , as to said premises varied by re- ducing the minimum number of motor vehicle parkin� spaces required to one for each two dwelling units constructed thereon. Section u . That the variance herein granted be, and the same is hereby, limited and conditioned to obtain and remain in force only so long as the use of said premises is restricted so that not less than three-fourths of the dwelling units therein are limited to housing for elderly families of low income as the same is de- fined in Ordinance No. 3512 , as amended, the same being the Zoning Ordinance , and the handicapped, and said variance shall expire automatically if either such use is discontinued or another use is implemented on said premises . Section 5 . That the Director of Community Development be , and he is hereby , authorized to approve a site development plan reflecting the variation hereby permitted and to issue permits based thereon, and further to enforce the limitations and condi- tions hereby ordained. Section 6 . That otherwise all applicable rules , regulations , standards, codes and ordinances, including Ordinance No. 3512 , as amended, the same being the Zoning Ordinance shall be applied to said premises without variation. Section 7 . That the City Clerk be , and she is hereby, au- thorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this ordinance with said representation and agreement thereto attached to be re- corded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Mason County, - Illinois.
