� r <br /> � - 1 <br /> , ' �� � • ��'i��a►�U1�� � <br /> V <br /> LI'��ED <br /> ' ORDINANCE N0. 7 (� � <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LOCAL rMPRQVEMENT BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> A SYSTEM OF SANITARY SEWERS KNOWN AS COR.M�N COURT SPECIAL• ASSESSMENT <br /> SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> , <br /> Section l : That there be constructed a Local Improvement within <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois , consisting of a complete sanitary sewerage <br /> system, including laterals , manholes , pumping stations, and all accessories <br /> thereto, as shown on the maps , profiles, drawings , plans and details, <br /> marked Exhibit "2" , and the accompanying detailed specifications , marked <br /> Exhibit "3" , which are attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, <br /> the same as if fully set forth herein. <br /> SECTION 2 : That said improvement shall be paid for by special <br /> assessment against property benefiting thereby. <br /> SECTION 3: That there is hereby established a sanitary sewer <br /> district within the City of Decatur, Illinois, designated as CORMAN COURT <br /> SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT, which said District shall <br /> include all parts of the City of Decatur, Illinois, within the boundaries <br /> described on attached Exhibit "1" . <br /> SECTION 4 : Said improvement shall consist of the construction of <br /> a complete sanitary sewer system, and the necessary restoration of street <br /> surfaces, all complete in place, as shown in Exhibit "2" and as specified <br /> in Exhibit "3" .
