The minimum and maximum grades are as shown on the detailed Plans . The pipes and fittings and sewers for said sanitary sewer system are to be as shown on the Plans and Specifications. SECTION 6 : The said sanitary sewer system shall be construed in its entirety and strict accordance with the said Exhibit "2" and also in strict accordance with the detailed Specifications marked "Exhibit "3" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. SECTION 7 : The several parts of this Ordinance, the Exhibits and the Specifications shall be taken and construed together to explain each other and make the whole consistent. SECTION 8: The grades for said sewers shall be according to the grades and elevations set forth on the profiles , plans , drawings and exhibits hereto attached, all elevations being computed to the datum established by the United States Geological Survey. SECTION 9 : ' BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the cost of said improvement, including engineering costs for planning, construction supervision, and resident inspection; Court costs , Attorneys ' fees , the cost of spreading the Assessment Roll; right-of-way costs and all other expenses, shall be paid for by special assessment upon the property benefited as provided by law, and that the estimate cost of said improvement, certified over the signature of the President of the Board of Local Improvements, and presented to this Board herewith and attached hereto, is made a part hereof by reference and is hereby approved in order to be transcribed in the records of this Board.
