�� / <br /> � � <br /> • ,.a'°����� <br /> ;� ' <br /> o�zw�vc� rro, 0 95 <br /> Ordinance providing for the acquisition by the <br /> City of an industrial project within the City <br /> and the leasing of the same to an industrial <br /> concern; approving the form of lease agreement; <br /> authoYizing the issuance and confirming the sale <br /> of $1,000,000 principal amount of Industrial <br /> Project Revenue Bonds (Debron Project) of the <br /> City fox the purpose of financing; approving the <br /> form of and authorizing execution and delivery of <br /> a trust indenture securing said bonds and provid- <br /> ing for the application of the proceeds there of; <br /> and prescribing other m�tters pertaining thereto. <br />� ���*� ��a���� ���*� <br /> WI�REAS, The City of Decatur, Illinois, is authorized by � <br /> Ordinance No. 5768 passed Febxuary 5, 1973, to acquire lands, <br /> to acquire and construct buildings and improvements thereon, and <br /> to acquire other property, for the public purpose expressed in <br /> said ordinance and to lease the same as an industrial project to an �„ <br /> industrial concern; and, <br /> W�REAS, the City is further authorized by said ordinance to <br /> is�ue revenue bonds secured by mortgage on the industrial project <br /> acquired or constructed through the issuance of such revenue bonds <br /> and payable solely out of income and revenues to be derived from the <br /> leasing of such industrial project; and, <br />
