' 2 <br /> Wl�REAS, the City has avade necessary arrangements �vith De- <br /> bron Corporation, a Delaware Oorporation duly qualified and <br /> authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, for the loca- <br /> tion of a manufacturing plant addition, equipment and appurtenant <br /> facilities within the City, which will employ substantial numbers <br /> of residents of th�e City and the surxounding area with a resulting <br /> alleviation of unemployment and a substantial increase in payrolls <br /> and other public benefits flowing fro� the conducting of industrial <br /> operations; and, <br /> W!-�REAS, the issuance of reveriue bonds by the City as herein- , <br /> after authorized and provided will serve the intended accomplish- II <br /> ments and will in a11 respects conform to the provisions and require- <br /> ments of the enabling ordinance aforesaid; and, <br /> WI�REAS, at or before the time of the issuance of any of said <br /> revenue bonds the City will enter into a lease agYeement with Debron <br /> Corporation as hereinafter authcariaed and which, after e�cution <br /> thereof, wi11 be duly recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds <br /> of the O�unty of Macon, Illinois, and to which reference is hereby <br /> made for the rental, terms, conditions and obligations of the respect- <br /> ive parties therein set out; and, <br />
