In addition to <br /> any othe r re medy oY pe nalty, and cumulative thereto, said Department may, <br /> after expiration of said 60 day pe riod, cause such tank to be removed, and <br /> have of and fxom the owner of said premises xeimbursement for any and all <br /> costs and expenses in connect ion therewith including court costs and reason- <br /> able attorney fees, if any, incurred to secure such reimbuxsement. <br /> 14. The Fire Chief may promulgate, publish and enforce reasonable rules <br /> and regulations to provide for procedures and practices and to otherwise im- <br /> plernent the provisions, and carry out the intent and purposes, of this Chapter. <br /> 15. Any person, firm, corporation, governmental unit or other entity <br /> that violates any provision of this Chapter, or any provision contained in <br /> that which is adopted by refere�e by this Chapter, shall upon conviction be <br /> fined not less than T1a�enty Five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than Five Hundred <br /> Dollars ($500.00) for each offense and each day a violation occurs ox continues <br /> sha11 be considered a separate offense. <br />
