• - � v x� Lo� . ` *V� . � + - r�� , �� J' �� � ORDINANCE NO. �p�� AN ORDINAIVCE APPROVING R-2 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN WI-�REAS, on the 3rd day of April, I975, after notice as requi�ed by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan O�mmission held a public hearing upon the petition of JA1�S ROMEINO AN D OTHERS for a permit to construct, maintain and operate an R-2 Residence Development plan on premises in the City of Decatur , Illinois, described as: Beginning at a point on the West Iine of the IVLl} of the NEi4 of Section 19, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., a distance of 640.0 feet South 1 degree OS minutes West of the Northwest corner of the NE=� of the NE'� of said Section 19; thence South 88 degrees 15 minutes East, a distance of 306.37 feet to a point on the City of Decatur water line boundary; thence South 43 degrees 49 minutes �Vest, a distance of 26.51 fee� to a point; thence South 6 degrees 48 minutes East, a di�tance of 268.0 feet to a point; thence North 41 degrees 56 minutes East, a dis- tance of 472.00 feet to a point on the East line oi the West � of the NE� of the NE� of said Section 19; thence southerly along the said East line a distance of 763.3 feet to a point on the south line of the NE� of the idEl� of sa id Section 19; thence westerly along the said south line a dis- tance of 662.5 feet, more or less, to the southwest corner of the Northeast � of the I`1E� of Section 19; thence North 1 degree 05 minutes East, a distance of 6'79.3 feet to the point of beginning; and, WI-iEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission has reported that the proposed Residence Development Plan meets the conditions as set ou� in the Zoning Ordinance, the same being Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, at Section XXI. C. there of and did recommend that saic7 Residence Development Plan be permitted and did file a report of its findin9s with the Council in support o� said recommendation. NOW, THEREFORF, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CQJNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the findings, report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be receive d, placed on file and approve d. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, the con- struction, maintenance and operation oi" an R-2 Residence Development Plan be, and the same is hereby, permitted and approved, and a permit for the same be, and the same is hereby, granted.
