A.1. by adding subsect ions t r, u. <br /> and v. the reta sa id subsecti ons provi ding a s follows: <br /> (t ) Residential care facility when Iocated at least <br /> one-half mile from any other such facility and on a sitE <br /> containing a lot area of at least one-half acre plus an <br /> additional 500 square feet oP lot area for each bed. <br /> {u) Institution o:E a religious, educational, elee- <br /> mosynary or philanthropic nature, but not a penal or men- <br /> tal institution. <br /> (v) Foster home accommodating four or more juveniles. <br /> Section 6.
