That said 7.oning Ordinance be, and the same is <br /> hereby, amended at Section V.B. by adding subsection 10 thereto as <br /> follows: <br /> 10. Foster home accommodating less than four juveniles. <br /> Section 4. That said Zoning Ordinance be, and the same is <br /> hereby amended at Section IX. B. by deleting subsections 4. , 6. and <br /> a portion of subsection 8. , and by renumbering the remaining sub- <br /> sections thereof so that as so amended said section provides as <br /> follows; <br /> B. USE REGULATIONS: A buiZding or premises shall be <br /> used only for the following purposes: <br /> 1. Any use permitted in the R-5 TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DIS2RICT. <br /> 2,, Multiple dwelling. <br /> 3. Rooming or boarding house. <br /> 4. Hospital or sanitarium, except a criminal, mental <br /> or animal hospital. <br /> S. Nursery schools accommodating more than three children <br /> and private day schools. <br /> 6. Accessory building or use customarily incidental to any <br /> of the above uses including a storage garage on a lot occupied <br /> by such uses. <br />
