Operator shall, at Operator 's own expense, defend <br /> all suit s that may be brought against the City on account of, or in <br /> connection with, or by reason of any damage or injury to life, limb, <br /> oz property connected with, growing out of or caused by any act or <br /> omission to act of Operator or any employee of Operator in or about <br /> the operation of said facilities hereunder and shall save and keep <br /> harmless the City from any and all damages, judgments, costs and ex- <br /> penses of every kind that may arise or result by reason of the negli- <br /> gence of Operator or the employee of Operator by reason of, growing <br /> out of, or connected with the operation of said facilities and the I <br /> carrying out of the terms and provisions of this agree�nt. <br />. 1]..
