In the event of conflict amor�g applicable provisions of the codes adopted hereby, or applicable provi- sions of codes otherwise adopted or of other ordinances, that code specifically covering the subject of conflict shall govern. 5ection 2. That said ordinance be, and it is hereby, amended at Section 21 thereof so that said Section as so amended shall pro- I vide as follows: � "Section 21. BePore a permit is issued, the fee for the same computed as follows shall be pa id: � a. The minimum fee for any permit shall be $10.00; I b. For installing a new service in or re- , wiring an existi.ng residence, $10.00; � c. For installing, equipment, excluding heat- ing, in a new residence, depending upon the capacity of the service: 100 amperes, $18.00; 101 through 225 amperes, $25.00; 226 amperes and over, $30.00; d. For the installation ot electric heating systems: $15.00 for the first unit and $5.00 for each additional unit in the same building, except that baseboard and radiant heating systems shall be charged a maximum of $15.00 pe r building; e. For rewiring existing commercial or indus- trial structures or installing new service therein, depending upon the capacity of' the service: 100 amperes, $20.00; 101 through 225 amperes, $32.50; 226 amperes through 400 amperes, $40.00; over 400 amperes, $40.00 plus $6.00 for each 200 amperes or part there- of over 400 amperes; f. For installir�g electrical equipment in new commercial or industrial structures, a total fee computed by adding together the appro- priate amounts for service, fixtures, branch circuits, special equipment and motors deter- mined as follows: 1. For each service with the following capa- cities; up to 100 amperes, $3.00; 101 through 225 amperes, $5.00; 226 tlirough 400 amperes, $7.00; 401 thraugh 600 am- peres, $10.00; over 600 amperes, $10.00 plus $2.00 for each 200 amperss or part thereof over 600;
