That Ordinance No. 5042, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the Regulation of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refri- geration Installat ions and for the Licensing of Heating, Air Condi- tioning and Refrigeration Contxactors and Creating a Commission for the Same" be, and the same i� heraby, amended at Section 3 thereof so that said s�ction as �o amended shall provide a� follov�s= *Section 3. As u�ed in this ordinance the fallo�r- ing terms shall have the meanings set o¢�t hereins A. Heating, Air Conditioning and R�frigeration Contzactor meanss (a) Any pexson engaged in the business of I installing, altering or �ervicing heat- ing, air conditioning or refYigeration systems as herein defined; (b) Any private or municipally owned pub- lic utility if such public utility in- stalls heating, air conditioning or re- f�'ig�ration systems as herein defined. The t¢ra Heating, AiY Conditioning and Re- frigeration Contractor does not include: (a) Any private os municipally owned public utility, fuel supplier or dealer that supplies fuel and services or repairs heating oY air conditioning appliances ox equipment ia connection with or as a part of their business of supplying the fuel nsed in s�uch applianc�s or equip- ment;
