Air Conditianing S�stem meanss Any air con- <br /> ditioning unit designed to cool the atmos- <br /> phers of any building or raoms therein used <br /> for human occupaacy which unit has a rated <br /> heat removal. capacity in excess of 20,000 <br /> B.T.U. ts pex hour; how�ever, any unit regard- <br /> less of size or rating that is installed in <br /> such a manner that it projects fro�n a build- <br /> ing where pedestrian traffic will pass below <br /> it shall also be included as an air condition- <br /> ing �ystem. <br /> D. Refrigeratioa System means= Any refrigera- <br /> ting unit, other than an air conditioni.ng <br /> system as defined in this section, which is <br /> to be used in conjunction with or as an aid <br /> to any co�nnmercial enterprise but does not <br /> include a refrigeratir�g unit used for family <br /> household purposes." <br />
