- 5 - <br /> , SECTION 5: The said Sanitary Sewer Improvement consists of the necessary <br /> 10 inch, 8 inch, 6 inch and 4 inch sewers, manholes, cleanouts, force mains and <br /> one duplex lift station and includes improved street surface restorations to the <br /> specifications included; protection, care and replacement of all existing underground <br /> and above ground utilities in the lineup, or near, said improvements; and all <br /> necessary appurtenances thereto required to complete the sanitary sewer system. <br /> The slopes of all gravity sanitary sewers are given in percentage and <br /> all sections have a uniform grade. No sewer shall have a flow velocity less than <br /> shown on the Specifications and Plans, and none shall have a flow velocity exceeding <br /> the 5pec:ifications shown. The minimum and maximum grades are as shown on <br /> the detailed Plans. <br /> The pipes and fittings and sewers for said sanitary sewer system are <br /> to be as shown on the Pla.ns and Specifications. <br /> 5ECTION 6, The said sanitary sewer system shall be construed in its <br /> entirety and strict accordance with t�e said Exhibit "A" and also in strict <br /> accordance with the detailed specifications marked Exhibit "B" attached hereto <br /> and ma,de a part hereof by reference. <br /> 5ECTION 7. The several parts of this Or4inance , the Exhibits, and <br /> the Specifications shall be taken and construed together to expla.in each other <br /> and ma.ke the whole c ons is tent. <br /> 5ECTION 8. The grades for said sewers shall be according to the <br /> grades and elevations set forth on the profiles, plans, drawings and exhibits <br /> hereto attached, all elevations being computed to the datum established by the <br /> United States Geological Survey. <br /> 5 EC TION 9. <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the cost of said improvement, including <br /> engineering costs for planning, construction supervision, and resident inspection; <br /> court costs, attorneys' fees, the cost of spreading the assessment roll; right-of- <br /> way costs and all other expenses, shall be paic� for by special assessment upon <br /> the property benefited as provided by law, and that the estimate cost of said <br /> improvement, certified over the signature of the President of the Board of Local <br /> Improvements, and presented to this Board herewith and attached hereto, is made <br />
