For the purpose of control of the use, construction, reconatruc- <br /> tion, alteration, repair and lccation of buildings and structures to pre- <br /> vent conflagration from fire, the following fire di�trict li.mits and �e- <br /> stYictions are hereby e�tablished. <br /> 2. Whenever reference is �a►de her�in to BOCA Code it sha11 �a�a the <br /> BOCA Bagic Building Code from time to time adopted by 1:he Council by re- <br /> ference and then in force iA the City, and all definition�, refer�nces to <br /> table numbeYs, types, classes and cla�sification$ sh�ll Yefer to and �ean <br /> those established by said BOCA Code. <br /> 3. All premises currently cla$�ified withia, and all prenises h�re- <br /> after classified into the O-1 Office District, the B-1 Neighbarhood Shopp- <br /> ing District, tl� B-2 Co�ercial District, the B-3 Planned Shopping Cent�r <br /> District, and the B-4 Central Bu�ines� District, so long as the same remain ' <br /> so classified, pwrsuant to, and a� �aid districts are establi�hed by the <br /> Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Ill.inois, are esta�blished as, and <br /> are witY�in tlie fire di�trict limits. <br /> 4. All buildings and �tructures, and all additicns to e�d�ti.ng build- <br /> ings and structur�s, hereafter coastructed in the M-1 Light Industrial Dis- <br /> trict and the M-2 Heavy Industrial Di�trict, pursuant to and as established <br /> by said Zoning Ordinance, and the uses of �ich are not classified as with <br /> BOCA Code use groups 203, 204 and 206 are designated within the fi:re district <br /> limits. <br /> 5. Al1 buildings arul structures in said M-1 and M-2 Districts the uses <br /> og �ich are classified within BOCA Code use groups 203, 204 and 206 and <br /> �ich do not have a minimun thirty foot fire separation betwee� arry part of <br /> such building or structure ar�d the exterior lot line of the pr�mises the same <br /> occupies are designated v�ithin the fire limits to the extent of that portion <br /> thereof within such thirty foot fire separation. <br /> 6. A11 areas not included within said fire district liffiits as set out <br /> in this Chapter are desigr�ated as outside said limits. <br /> EXHIBIT A <br />
