Wood veneers of one inch nominal thicimess or <br /> eacterior grade plyw�od not 1es� thaa three-eighths inch thick may be used <br /> on store fronts facing public streets, provided the veneer does not exceed <br /> one story in height and is applied to non-combustible backing or is furred <br /> not to exceed one and five-eighths inches and fire stupped in conformity <br /> with BOCA Code sections 8'76.0 and 912.2, <br /> 13. Any per�on or entity aggrieved by the application of the restric- <br /> ti,�ns or classifications of this Chapter by the building official, or any <br /> decision of said official with regard thereto, may request con�idexation <br /> thereof by the Council by filing such reqnest in writing with th� City CleYk <br /> �rithin ten days after �uch application or decision and therein specifying <br /> the date and tenox of such application or decision aufficiently to identify <br /> the sar�e along v�ith the reasons for such xequest. <br />
