This spigot end shall be supported with sufficient jointing <br /> material to make the flow lines of the two pipes coincide at the joints . <br /> Tee-branches or wye-branches for house connections are to be <br /> vitrified clay pipe 4 inches in diameter, equal in quality and dimensions <br /> to that heretofore described. <br /> Tee-branches or wye-branches shall be closed by means of a disc <br /> or stopper properly cemented in place, and shall be provided and set <br /> along the� sewers , being located in front of abutting prop�rties so as to <br /> serve such properties with sewage facilities . <br /> City standard manholes are to be provided at the location and <br /> depths as shown in Exhibit "A" as specified in Exhibit "B" . <br /> Al1 roadways will be restored by thorough compaction of all <br /> trench material, grading of all depressions and bumps and the application <br /> and cover and seal coats as specif�_ed. This work shall be done under the <br /> supervision of the engineers . <br /> SECTION 6 . The said sanitary sewer system shall be constructed <br /> in its entirety and strict accordance with the said Exhibit "A" and also <br /> in strict accordance with the detailed specifications marked Exhibit "B" <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. <br /> SECTION 7 . The several parts of this . Ordinance !, the Exhibits, <br /> and the Specifications shall be taken and construed together to explain <br /> each other and make the whole consistent. <br /> SECTION 8 . For reference, the <br /> "M" in Mueller on the fire hydrant located at the Intersection of East <br /> Grand Avenue and Brush College Road has an elevation of 668.93 feet above ' <br /> mean seal level and the "M" in Mueller on the fire hydrant located at ' <br /> the Intersection of Hickory Street and James Street has an elevation of <br /> 680 .56 feet above mean sea level (U.S.G.S. datum) . <br />
