Such an anixnal is hereby de- clared to ba a nuisance and shall be taken up and impounded as herein- after pravided. 17. Any animal which shall bite a person, scratch a person, or Bi�ing Animals injure a person � as to cause an abrasion or laceration oz puncture of the sk�n of such person, is hereby declared to be a nuisance and such animal shall be taken up and impound�d as hereinafter pxovided. Any dag, v�haether running at large or otherwise, which is Impounc�ing found within �he City without a tag showing -�hat such dog has been Dogs innoculated against rabies and registered within a year immediately preceding shall be taken up and impounded as hereinafter provided. 19. (a} City owned dogs shall be registered annually on or Registxation befare June lst by the City Clerk and a registxa�ion tag issued by Fees the City Clerk upon paym�nt of aa annual registration ��e of $4.00 for �ach dog, except tha� individual registxation Sees will not be required for dogs confined in kennels at all times. The owner of such confined dogs shall pay a Yegistration fee of $15.00 for 20 dogs or less and $7.50 fax each additional group of 20 or less dogs, based on the maximzun number of dogs in said kennel at any ane ti�e, (6) Upon payment of the annual registration fee, a registra- Regis�rataan �I tion certificate will be issued.
