In lieu <br /> thereof, such person may file with the City a public liability in- <br /> surance policy with the City as the named insured, indemnifyin g <br /> the City aqainst loss or damage to person or property in the mini- <br /> mum amount of One Hundre d Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) tor any <br /> one person for bodily injury or death; Three Hundred Thousand <br /> Dollars ($300,000.00) for liability in any one accident for bodily <br /> injury or death; and property damac�e in the amount of Fifty Thou- <br /> sand Dollars ($50,000.00) . Such policy must provide that the City <br /> shall receive at least ten (10) days notice prio r to any cancella- <br /> t i on. <br /> Revolving beacons or signs of any type which re.semble or in- <br /> terfere with traf�ic control devices, signals or emergency vehicle <br /> signals, shall not be used. No signs employing exterior brilliant, <br /> intermittent, rotating or fl.ashing lights shall be permitted within <br /> fifty (50) feet of the boundary of anyRDistrict as set up and de- <br /> fined by the Zoning Orc�inance o:E the City. <br /> 27. All structural Iumber anc? plywood shall carry the grade <br /> marking of an auth orized grade agency. The stamp shall contain: <br /> (1) Grade Rules Elgency, (2) Grade of Lumber, (3) Species, and (4) <br /> P,Ranufacturer. <br /> 28. �11 buildings that have unprotected floors or roofs, or <br /> both, shall be protectec� with ceilings which shall have a tire re- <br /> sistance rating of not less than one hour �rith the e:cception oi <br /> buildings with industrial occupancies, one and two family dwellings, <br /> heaVy timber constructio n, buildings provided with approveci sprinlcler <br /> systems, and detached private garages. <br /> 29. In every building where there is human occupancy or employ- <br /> ment, toilet rooms with water closets, urinals and lavatories shall <br /> be providec� as required by the Plumbing Code. Both hot and cold <br /> �vater shall be provided to all lavatories, bathtubs and shotvcrs. <br /> tV�ter closets and urinals shall be placed in rooms ox compartments <br /> �+hich are devoted exclusively to toilet facilities. Part�tions en- <br /> closing toilet rooms shall be solici except for the entrance cloor, and <br /> shall extend from the floor to the ceiling. Partitions separating <br /> water clos�ts or urinals within a toilet room shall not extend to the <br /> ceiling but shall be so constructed as to permit circulatian of air <br /> throughout the room. All toilet rooms shall be proVided with workable <br /> exterior ��aindows or electrical exhaust fans to the exterior as required <br /> by the Heating and Ventilating Cocle. <br />
