. � <br /> . .. . <br /> • '..., " � <br /> � �� � � <br /> � <br /> 2 <br /> i , <br /> Section 3, That appeals of rulings or decisions of the <br /> Enfoxcement Officer relative to the interpretation or enforcement <br /> of any of the provisions of this ordinance or of said code shall <br /> be taken to the Construction and Housin g Board of Appeals of the City <br /> which sa�id Board be, and it is hereby, authorized and established as <br /> the Appeal Board for the administration of said code and which said <br /> appeals shall be effected by filing an appeal in writing with the City <br /> Clerlc and serving a copy thereof upon the Director of Community Develop- <br /> ment within ten (10) days of the date of the decision or interpretation <br /> appealed from. <br /> Section 4. That any person, firm or corporation that violates <br /> any provision of this ordinance or of the code adopted hereby shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not to exceed the sum of $500.00 for each of- <br /> fense. <br /> Section 5. That Ordinance No. 5045, passed August 12, 1968; <br /> Ordinance No. 5447, passed February 2, 1971, and Ordinance No. 5591, <br /> passed October 12, 1971, be, and the same are hereby, repealed. <br /> Section 6.
