Positive identification and proof of age means a card or other � <br /> document issued by, and sho�ving on its face that it is issued by, a � <br /> public officer in the performance of the official duties of such officer : <br /> and �ich contains the name, signature, date of birth and a readily <br /> recognizeable photograph of� the face of the person to whom the same � <br /> is issued. � <br /> . 1 <br /> 21. No person shall misrepz�serit his or her age by any means for <br /> the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor. Any person � <br /> to whom the sale , gift or delivery of alcoholic Iiquor is prohibited ; <br /> because of age shall not purchase, or accept a gift of such alcoholic P <br /> liquor or have such alcoholic liquor in his or her possession. No � <br /> i� <br /> person described in the provis ions of section 19 of this Chapter shall � <br /> purchase or accept a gift of wine or beer without at that time possessing � <br /> and exhibiting positive identification and proof of age as defined in # <br /> 4 <br /> this Chapter. <br /> 22. No person under the age of 21 years shall tend bar, draw, mix <br /> or serve any alcoholic liquor as an agent or employee of any licensee. <br /> ?.3. Nothing in this ordinance shall excuse or relieve the owner, <br /> proprietor or p2rson in charge of any tavern, store or other place in <br /> the .City where alcoholic liquor is sold, from restrictions and re- t <br /> quirements of any other applicable ordinance or ordinances of the � <br /> City, or of the Statutes of the State of Illinois. <br /> . � <br /> 24. That the holder of a liquor license is hereby required to � <br /> make available for inspection by police officers of the City any part ; <br /> of the pzemises where liquor is sold and served or consumed. <br /> 25. Any pezson, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the B <br /> provisions of this Chapter shall, upan conviction, be fined not less <br /> than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars {$200.00) <br /> for each offense, and each day on which a violation occu rs or continues <br /> shall be considered a separate offense . The revocation or suspension � <br /> of a license may be in addition to the imposition of a fine or other � <br /> penalty for violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter, and <br /> such revocation or suspension shall be no defense to a prosecution <br /> for such violation. <br />
