The Local Liquor Control Commissioner may revoke or suspend <br /> any license issued under this Chapter for the violation of any provision <br /> hereof and for the violation of any State or Federal Law pertaining to <br /> the sale of alcaholic liquor, after notice and hearing as required by law. <br /> 13. The sanitary measures for cleaning and caring for all glasses, <br /> dishes, utensils, and equipment shall be the same as those required by <br /> the ordinances and regulations of the County Health Unit. <br /> 14. No license shall be granted to any applicant for the sale of � <br /> any intoxicating liquors for consumption on the premises where sold � <br /> unless separate sanitary toilets for each sex have been installed on <br /> said premises, and such toilets shall be maintained in a clean and �; <br /> sanitary condition during the life of the license, and shall comply E <br /> with all city ordinances. <br /> 15. M. on the day following, except on Sundays � <br /> when no alcoholic liquor may be sold or consumed on the premises <br /> betrreen the hours of 1 o'clock A. M. and 1 o'clock P. M. , with .the � <br /> further exception of Ne w Year 's Evs when alcoholic liquors may be � <br /> sold and consumed upon the premises until 3 o'clock A. M. January lst. i <br /> The hours as set forth herein shall m�an standard time or daylight <br /> savings time as may be in current use as elsewhere provided for in � <br /> this Code . " <br /> 17. No lottery, game of chance or gaming device shall be kept k <br /> or used in any premises licensed hereundex, noY shall any licensee <br /> permit any illegal, disorderly or immoral practices upon the licensed <br /> premises. No gambling shall be permitted upon the premises at any <br /> t ime . <br /> 18. No licensee, officer, associate, member, representative, agent <br /> or ernployee of a licensee, shall se 11, give or deliver alcoholic liquor <br /> to any person under the age of 21 years, except as provided in section <br /> 19 of this Chapter, or to any person known to be an habitual drunkard, <br /> spendthrift, insane, mentally ill, mentally deficient, or in need of <br /> mental treatment. No person, after purchasing or otherwise obtaining <br /> alcoholic liquor shall sell, give or deliver such alcoholic liquor to <br /> anotY�er person under the age of 21 years except in the performance of <br /> a religious cezemony or service except as provided in section 19 of <br /> this Chapter. <br /> 19. Section 18 of this Chapter does not apply to the sale, gift <br /> oY delivery of beer or wine to a person under the age of 21 years but <br /> at least 19 years of age if at the time of such sale, gift or delivery <br /> of such beer or wine such person is in possession of and exhibits <br /> positive identification and proof of age as defined in this Chapter. <br />
