That the determinations and findings of the Council <br /> mentioned above herein be, and the same are hereby, made or ratified as <br /> the ca se may be. <br /> Section 2. That the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> be and it is hereby amended at Chapter 50 thereof entitled "Ambulances <br /> and Invalid CbachEs" by substituting in lieu of the existing provisions <br /> thereof those provisions set out in E�ibit A hereto attached and hereby <br /> made a part hereof as if fully set out herein. <br /> Section 3. That those exhibits mentioned in Section 8 of said <br /> Exhibit A, a copy of each of �ich is hereto attached respectively desig- <br /> nated Exhibit B and Exhibit C, and three additional copies thereof pre- <br /> sented wi.th this Ordinance, be r�ceived and approved, and the City Clerk <br /> be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to file said three copies <br /> thereof and keep the same available for public inspection until the fur- <br /> ther ordeY of this Council. <br /> Section 4. That the City 1►�►nager be, and he is heYeby authorized <br /> to consider and be guided by the promulgations, recommendations, standards <br /> and criteria established and published by the concerned departments of the <br /> federal and state governments and the various nationally recognized organi- <br /> zations and associations regarding emergency medical services, life-support <br /> services in transit and ambulance and invalid coaches service in adminis- <br /> teYing the pro�isions of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 5. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to cause any ach�ainistrative directive or order authorized by <br />
