Section 4. That said improvement shall be constructed i in its entirety in strict accordance with the "Plans, " and "Spe- cifications and Contxact Documents, " for the Mary7.and Heights Special Assessment Sanitary Sewer District, copies of each of whicn have been xeceived and placed on file in the off ice of the City Clerk by this Council, u�ich said "P1ans, " and "Specifications and Contract Docu�nts, " are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein an d are hereby apProved. Section 5. That the several parts of this ordinance, all exhibits hereto and all documents incorporated herein by reference shall be taken and construed together to e�lain each other and make tk�e whole consistent. Section 6. That the grades of said sewers and the controll- ing elevations thereof shall be according to the grades and elevations set forth in said "Plans, " and "Specifications and Contract Documents, " all elevations being computed to datum established by the United States Geological Service. Section 7. That the Estimate of Cost, including engineexing costs, planning and supervision costs, resident inspection costs, right-of-way acquisition costs, court costs, and all other lawFul ex- penses attending the iznprovement including a just compensation for alI private property taken or damaged, prepared as required by law and pre- sented by the Board of Local Improvements to the City Council over the signatures and with the certificatiors of William B, Sands, Engineer for the Board of Local Improvements, and James H. Rupp, President of' said Board, a copy of �ich said Estimate has been received and placed on file be, and the same is hereby, approved and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein. 6
