That a local iieprovement shall be made within the City of Decatur, Illinois, the nature, character, locality �and , description of said improveinent being a� Eollows: Said iaprovement �hall consist of the construction of a com- ' plet�! sanitary sevaer system and all appurtenances including the in- stallation of a packaged sanitary sevaer submersible grinder pump lift station located 15 feet East of the northeast corner of Lot 165 Lake- side Club Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, pa ge 91 of the ' Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, with a flexible discharge line located entirely with in the right-of-way of Lake Shore Drive, Lakeview Avenue an d 21st Street extending fro� said station to the existing sanitary sew�ez located 76 feet South and 12 feet Sast of the north�rest corner of the� intersection of 21st Street and Lakeview Avenue, all in the City of Decatur, Illinvis, and the nece�sary restozation of street and driv�way surfaces all complete and in place as shown on Bxhibit A and as specified in, and meeting all the requirements of, Exhibit B, both of sa id exhibits being attached hereto and a�ade a part hereof. Section 2. Thet there is hereby established a sanitary sewer district wit hin the City of Decatur, Illinois, situated in the North- west Quarter of Section 24, Township 16 North, Range 2 Sa�t of the3rd P.M. , in Macon County, Illinois, and designated as LAKESIDE CLUB S PS- CIAL ASSESSMBNT SANITARY SEWfiR DISTRICT which shall include the area described as follows: Lots 161, 165 and 166 of Lakeside Club Additi on, a� per Plat recorded in Book 300, page 91 of the Records in the R�cord�r 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; Section 3. That �aid �anita�ry se�ner system shall be constructed in its entirety in strict accordance with said Eschibit A and al�o in strict accordance with the d�tailed specifications marked fixhibit B here- to attached a�nd made a part heYeof. Section 4. That the several parts of this ordinance, the exhibits and the specifications shall be taken and construed togethtr t�c� explain each oth�r and to make the v�ole consistent.
