That th� grades for said sewers and the con- trolling elevations thereof shall be according to the grades and elevations set forth on the profiles, plans, drawings, and exhibits and all elevations shall be computed to the chisel�d square bench mark locat�d in the sidewalk South of the boat house which is Bast of Lake Shore Drive an d South of Cantrell Street in the City of Decatur. That the Bstimate of Oost prepared �s required by law and preaented by the Board of Local Improvements to the City Council ove� the sign�tures and rvith th� c�rtifications of William B. Sands, Engineer of the Board of Local ImproNements and James H. Rupp, President of said Board, attached her�to and made a pa rt he reof, be, and the saae is hereby, received and approved. Section 7. That the recommendation made by the Board of Local Improvem�nts for said improvement presented with this ardinance arul hereto attached and aade a part hereof be, and th� same is hereby, re- ceived and approved. Section 8. That said i�aprovement �hall be made and that the cost of said improvement including construction costs, engineering costs, planning and supervis ion costs, court eosts, attorney� fee�, the cost of spreading the assess�ent on the pr�perty b�nefited and all other lawful expenses attending the improvement being $ 7,47�.00 as shown by the Brti.mate of Cost made a part hereof shall be paid ad�olly by special assessaent upon the contiguous property benefited to the ex- tent that th e saa�e be equally assessed in accordance with the provi- sions of Article 9 of Chapter 24 of the Illinois Revised Statutes 1971. Section 9. That the aggregate amount herein ordere d to be as- se�sed against the property and also the assessment against each lot, block, tract or parcel of land herein as�essed shall be divided into ten (10) installments in the manner provided by la w and said install- ments �hall bear interest at thc rate of 69b per annum according to la w. Section 10. That for the purposes of anticipating the collec- tion of the second and �ucceeding installments provided for in this ordinance, the City of Decatur, Illinois shall issue vouchers payable out of said installments bearing inter�st at the rate of 6% payable v��n collected and signed by the Mayor and City Clerk of said City under the corporate seal of the City of Decatur, Illinois, said vouchers to be is- sued in accordance with and shall in all re�pects conin rm to the provi- sions of Articl� 9 of Chapter 24 of the Illinois Revised Statut�s 1971. That the Corporation Cainsel of the City of Decatur, Illinois, or his representative, be, and he is h�r�by authoriaed and directed to file a petition in the Circuit Court of Macon Connty, Illinois, in the name of the City of Decatur, Illinois, praying that stcps be taken ►
