. � ,.. <br /> r� <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS <br /> PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICE CONTRACT <br /> Parties to THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into the � day of <br /> Contract , A.D., 1972, by and between the CITY OF <br /> DECA , ILLINOIS, hereinafter referred to as the "City", and the <br /> Engineers of ARCHITECTRUAL and ENGINEERING SERVICE CORPORATION, of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, hereinafter referred to as the "Engineer", <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> General <br /> Conditions IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED by and between the Parties <br /> hereto that the said Architectural and Engineering Service Cor- <br /> poration, be and the same is hereby employed by the said City as <br /> Engineer on the Proposed Special Assessment Sanitary Sewer Projects, <br /> the approximate descriptions of which are as follows: <br /> BRUSH COLLEGE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SEWER DISTRICT <br /> All of Section 8, T.16N., R.3E, lying South <br /> of the Norfolk and Western R.R. East of <br /> Brush College Rd. , and West of Lake Decatur, <br /> and all that Northwest portion of Section <br /> 17, T.16N. , R.3E lying West of Lake Decatur, <br /> and the said Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to perform <br /> the engineering services required upon the said Proposed Improve- <br /> ments, to represent the City in all engineering negotiations re- <br /> lating thereto, and to perform the engineering services of pre- <br /> paring detailed surveys, detailed plans, specifications and <br /> estimates of cost; making field surveys and establishing lines <br /> and grades and otherwise furnishing professional engineering <br /> supervision and detailed resident inspection of construction of <br /> the previously described Proposed Improvements, for and on behalf <br /> of the said City of Decatur, Illinois. <br /> The various services to be performed and compensation there- <br /> for shall be as follows: <br />
