- . � . �i . 2 near the intersection of the south right-of-way line of Rea 's Bridge Road and the west property line of Lake Decatur, the said lands being described asa All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Sauth- east Quarter of Section 33, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. and all that part of the North- west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, lbwnship 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. lying West of th e e xisting west property line of Lake Decatur and south of the �xisting south right-of-way line of County Highway No. 24, comnonly known as Rea 's Bridge Road. Section 3. That said facility to be so constructed shall consist of lake intake structures; a ra w water pump station; a treatment plant capable of producing 18 million gallons of water a day and incorporating clarification basins, chemical feeciers, bulk and liquid che�ical storage, r�carbonation basins, gravity filters, high-service pumps, office, laboratory and a control system; a 3 million gallon clearwell; a sludge lagoon and pump �tation; and all necessary pipe, piping, mechanical systems and appurtenances. Section 4. That the construction of said facility shall be known and designated City of Decatur Project No. 5-72. Section 5. That the maps, plats, plans, profiles and speci- fications heretofoxe submitted by Warren & Van Praag, Inc., O�nsult- ing Engineers, entitled "Water Syste� Improve�e nts, Divis�ion E, New Water Treatment �'lant, City of Decatur Project No. 5-72, " be�, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file, and approved. Section 6. That funds for the payment of the cost of the proposed construction be provided by the issuance and sale of water revenue bond$ of said City and not supplemented by other corporate funds of the City. ►
