- . <br /> � . �i . <br /> 2 <br /> near the intersection of the south right-of-way line of Rea 's Bridge <br /> Road and the west property line of Lake Decatur, the said lands being <br /> described asa <br /> All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Sauth- <br /> east Quarter of Section 33, Township 17 North, Range <br /> 3 East of the 3rd P.M. and all that part of the North- <br /> west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, <br /> lbwnship 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. lying <br /> West of th e e xisting west property line of Lake Decatur <br /> and south of the �xisting south right-of-way line of <br /> County Highway No. 24, comnonly known as Rea 's Bridge <br /> Road. <br /> Section 3. That said facility to be so constructed shall <br /> consist of lake intake structures; a ra w water pump station; a <br /> treatment plant capable of producing 18 million gallons of water a <br /> day and incorporating clarification basins, chemical feeciers, bulk <br /> and liquid che�ical storage, r�carbonation basins, gravity filters, <br /> high-service pumps, office, laboratory and a control system; a 3 <br /> million gallon clearwell; a sludge lagoon and pump �tation; and all <br /> necessary pipe, piping, mechanical systems and appurtenances. <br /> Section 4. That the construction of said facility shall be <br /> known and designated City of Decatur Project No. 5-72. <br /> Section 5. That the maps, plats, plans, profiles and speci- <br /> fications heretofoxe submitted by Warren & Van Praag, Inc., O�nsult- <br /> ing Engineers, entitled "Water Syste� Improve�e nts, Divis�ion E, New <br /> Water Treatment �'lant, City of Decatur Project No. 5-72, " be�, and the <br /> same are hereby, received, placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 6. That funds for the payment of the cost of the <br /> proposed construction be provided by the issuance and sale of water <br /> revenue bond$ of said City and not supplemented by other corporate <br /> funds of the City. <br />► <br />
