Opexator shall.: <br /> (a) Furnish prompt, safe, efficient, and couiteous <br /> service adequate to meet all demands for his sexvice at said facilities. <br /> (b) Furnish said service on a fair, e4ual, and non- <br /> discriminatory basis to all users thereof. <br /> (c) Provid� attendants having a neat and c].ean appear- <br /> ance at all times. <br /> (d) Maintain a close watch over attenc3ants to insure that <br /> t12ey shall discharge their duties in a safE, courteous, and efficient <br /> manner arid maintain a high standard oi safety and ser.vice to the public. <br />_ � - (e) Use his best effoxts an eveYy proper rnanner to <br /> maintain and develop the busine�s conducted by him hereunder and to <br /> incre�se the same. <br /> � (f) Not divert or cause or allow to be diverted an}� <br /> busi.ness from the facilities. <br /> (g) File wi.th City, and keep current, an employee schedule <br /> showing the numk�er of employees and the assigned hours, no change shall. <br /> be made in either the number of employees, or the hours scheduled except <br /> by consultation with the City. <br /> (h) Have a telephone, with a listed nur�ber, which num�er <br /> shall also be conspicuously posted at each garage facility, available for <br /> garage patrons to communicate with Operator at all times. � <br /> 16. It is understood anc� agreed that City will at its o�vn <br /> expense furnish all mai_ntenance, upkeep and repairs for said facilities <br /> and tl:e eyuipment therein, except that Ogerator and his employees <br /> shall keep their immediate workinq ar�as at the collection booths cl�an <br /> and neat. <br />
