That said special use permit be, and it is <br /> hereby, further conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) Tha t the site for said school be developed and the <br /> access ways, parking lots, buildings, site-break screens, land- <br /> scaping, walkways, fences, recreational facilities, yards, open <br /> space and set backs be constructed, provided, finished, and im- <br /> proved as shown on the site plan thereof, a copy of which is here- <br /> to attached and here by made a pa rt her eof. <br /> (b) That petitioners cause to be conveyed to the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, for future public use, the East 30 feet of said <br /> premises adjacent to Albany Street and also the South 30 feet of <br /> said premises. <br /> (c ) That before applying for a building permit for said <br /> school and before commencing any construction or any improvement <br /> on said premises, petitioners cause to be prepared detailed plans <br /> and specifications inc luding design data for sanitary sewers, <br /> water mains, surface water drainage and drains, driveways, parking <br /> lots, driveway entrances, walkways, fire hydrants and utilities and <br /> submit the same to and obtain the approval in writing of the Direc- <br /> tor of Public Works of the City of Decatur, Illinois, of said plans <br /> and specifications and of that ufiich is shown there in. <br /> (d) That petitioners cause the facilities mentioned in Sub- <br /> paragraphs (a) and (c) hereof to be constructed in compliance with <br /> the site plan aforesaid and in compliance with the approved plans <br /> and specifications mentioned in Sub-paragraph (c) hereof. <br /> (e) That said school be provided with such life safety faci- <br /> lities as may be approved by the Building Inspection Division and <br /> the Fire Department of the City. � <br /> (f) That in the construction, maintenance and operation of <br /> said school petitioners otherwise comply with all applicable build- <br /> ing, construction, mechanical, zoning and use codes and ordinances <br /> of the City. <br /> Section 5. That should petitioners fail to perform any or all <br /> of the aforesaid conditions, this permit shall terminate and be re- <br /> voke d. <br /> Section 6. That said 5pecial use permit granted hereby be, an d <br /> it is hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and require- <br /> ments of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, the <br /> same bein g Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, and that the zoning map <br /> of the City be amended in accordance herewith. <br /> PRESENTED this t�A� day of�1972. <br /> PASSED by a two-thirds aye and nay vote of all members of the <br /> Council authorized by law to be elected this � day of ��y, <br /> 1972, said vote being � AYES and `�NAYc,�S. .�� <br /> APPROVED & RECORDED thi� /L� . day of ����972. <br /> ATTEST: � <br /> MAYOR <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
