AGREEMENT ADDENDUM I <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur, Illinois (City) and the Macon County Soil and Water Conservation <br /> District (District), entered into a Lake Decatur Watershed Conservation Services Agreement on <br /> December 7, 2015, commencing January 1, 2016 and ending December 31, 2017. I <br /> AND WHEREAS, the District and the City desire to further enhance Lake Decatur Watershed I� <br /> conservation when new opportunities arise. I�� <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by and between the District and the City that Paragraph 10 <br /> be added to the current Agreement as follows: <br /> 10. The District shall enter into a contract with Midwest Streams, Inc. to conduct a 2008 Lower <br />� Part of the Sangamon River Watershed Plan Update Stream Inventory ("Stream Inventory") <br /> to assist in the obtaining of future watershed improvement grant funds at a cost not to <br /> exceed $32,400, payable upon submission by the District to the City monthly detailed <br />' invoices and activities.
