issue $250,000 "Decatur Transit System Bonds" and the question to adopt the provisions of Division 120 of Article 11 of the Illinois Municipal Code of 1961, as amended, all as referred to in the pre- ambles hereof, in Section 1 hereof and as the bonds proposed to be issued axe referred to and described in Section 2 hereof, be submit- ted to the le�al voters of said City at a special election which is hereby called to be held in and for said City on the 16tn day of November � 1971, and that the polls at said election shall be opened at 6:00 o'clock A.M. and shall remain open until 6:00 o 'clock P.M. of said day. Section �. That said election wi11 be held in each of the several election precincts of said City as such precincts have heretofore been established by ordinance adopted by the Council of said City and dividing said City into election precincts for the pur- pose of the holding of all municipal elections to be held in and for said City and the polling place for each of said precincts shall be as hereinafter set forth in the form of the notice to be �iven of said election, as such form of notice is prescribed in Section 6 hereof. Section �. That the persons to act as �ud�es for the several election precinets at said special election shall be here- after appointed to so act by ordinance to be adopted by the Council. Section 6. That the City Clerk of said City be and he is her'eby ordered and directed to cause notice of said special elec- tion to be given by publishing notice thereof' once in the �catur Dai� Review , the same being a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City, the date of such publication of said notice to be not more than thirty days nor less than twenty days prior to the d�te of the election, and such notice shall be in substantially the following form: -�-
