' � ' , e� ORDINANCE NO. ��7r � � AN ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PEI3�IIT - NURSING HOME WHEREAS, on the 5th day of August, 1971, after notice as re- quired by law and ordinance , the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of CHRISTIAN H(3MES, INC. AND OTHERS for a special use permit to con struct, maintain and operate a nursing home on premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois, described as: Lots One ( 1), T wo (2) and Three (3) of Broadmoor Place, as per Plat recorded in Book 982, page 21 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Also, a part of theSouth East 4 of the South East 4 of Section Twenty-one (21) , Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M. , described as follows; Beginning at the North East corner of said Lot 3 ; thence East along the North line of the South East 4 of ' the South East 4 of said Section 21 to the North East corner of the South East 4 of the South East 4 of said Section 2I, thence South 525 feet along the East line of the South East 4 of the South East 4 of said Section 21 to the North East Corner of Broadmoor Place Second, as per Plat recorded in Book 982, page 46 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence West along the North line of said Broadmoor Place Second 1081.5 feet to the East line of Lot 6 of said Broadmoor Place; thence North along the East line of Lots 6 and 5 of said Broadmoor Place to a point lying 13 feet South of the North East corner of said Lot 5 of Broad- moor Place; thence East 12 feet; thence North 109 feet to a point lying 12 feet East of the North East cor ner of sa id Lot 4 of Broa dmoor Place; thence East 30 feet along the North line of said Lot 4 of Broad- moor Place extended; the nce 1Vorth along the East line of Lot 3 of Broadmoor Place extended and along the East line of said Lot 3, a distance of 295.3 feet to the Point of Beginning, situated in Macon County, Illinois; and WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did recommend that said special use permit be granted and did file a report of its findings with the Council in support of said recommendation. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE QOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the findings and recommendations of the DecatuY City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and approved .
