That the City Clerk of said City of Decatur , <br /> Illinois, on the passage and approval of this Ordinance, shall file <br /> a certified copy of this Ordinance with the County Clerk of Macon <br /> C�unty, Illinois, in the State of Illinois, as required by the Statutes <br /> of the State of Illinois, in such case made and provided. <br /> Section 3. That warrants against and in �nticipation of the <br /> taxes above levied for the payment of the ordinary and necessary ex- <br /> penses of the City for the current fisca 1 year, are hereby author ized <br /> to be drawn by the Mayor and City Clerk to the extent of seventy-five <br /> per centum of the total amount of any such tax levied herein in accord- <br /> ance with the Statutes in such case made and provided, and subject to <br /> �he provisions thereof. <br />
