<br /> FA Rcute 2, SBZ Route 2, U.S. Route 51, State 3eetion �OR, City
<br /> ection 1�3-C3) Prom s�,th oi' Northland Drive to Ash Av�nue
<br /> ineluding t 1) widening the x�o�,dbead fs�om its typieal pavemant
<br /> width of 22 �et and variable to a width oY 7� �'e�t and variable
<br /> fac��ta-Pace c�' curb� (providing for 4� txelve-Poot traffic laa�n�e�,
<br /> a 22 �'o+��t a�nd v�,rlable x�dth m�adi�,n, prctected left-turn lanea,
<br /> �.nd cambin.ati4n +�cncrete curb and gutte� {2} modernizing the
<br /> interseetion o�' Blqc�.ngten Ro�d with Mound Rt3ad (G�aunty High�,q
<br /> 22}; (3) con�tructing stQrm ee�r� and appurtenances for highriay
<br /> dra�iraage; (�#� eonstructtng a trontage rcad on thg east side from
<br /> Carrol Drive o Scauth Court Drive; (5) modernizing th�a traF�'ic
<br /> control signals at the 3.r3►ter�eetion o�' Bloomington Road with Mound
<br /> Road; and (6� canstruating sidewe�7.ks and by perform3ng all other
<br /> work nece�sa,ry to comple�� the improvement in accordsnce with the
<br /> approved plans and speciPieat�:as�►$; and,
<br /> WHEREA�S, the CITY i� desi�ot�s of said improvement in that
<br /> sam� will be oP i�nediate ben��`it to the CITY residents and per-
<br /> manent it� nature;
<br /> NOW, 'T�iERBFORE, in eonsideration of the mutual cove►raan►t�
<br /> cont�,ined herein, �he pa,rties heretc� agree a� f ollo�r�:
<br /> 1. The STATE agrees ta me,ke the surveys, obtain a�.l nece��ary
<br /> rights of' �ray, prepare pl�ns and sp�:eiPicatians, receive bid�
<br /> and award the� contract, furnish engineering inspection +during
<br /> construetion snd cau�e th� i�rprovemant to be built in accordanca
<br /> �rith the plan�a, speciPications and ccntract.

<br /> �nd engineering cost�, eub�ac� �o reimbursement by the CITY a�
