.. ^ _� � : r � . �/`. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. `�: l -� <br /> ORDINANCfi AMENDING R-3 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> WHfiREAS, on the 20th day of May, 1971, after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatnr City Plan Commission <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of MILLIKIN NATIONAL BANK <br /> OF DECATUR, Trustee under Trust No. 2023, for the modification <br /> and amendment of the special permit for an R-3 Residence <br /> Development heretofore ordained on the 5th day of October, 1970, <br /> by Ordinance No. 5375, for premises described as: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of the <br /> East Half (E��} of Lot Nine (9) of Mound <br /> Place, an Addition to Macon County, Illinois, <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 624 <br /> of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois; thence East along <br /> the South line of said Lot Nine (9) to a <br /> point 1'76 feet West of the Southeast corn�r <br /> of said Lot Nine (9) ; thence North 826.8 feet; <br /> thence East 176 feet to the East line of <br /> said Lot Nine (9) ; thence North along the fiast <br /> line of said Lot Nine (9) to the Northeast <br /> corner of said Lot Nine (9); thence West <br /> along the North line of Lot Nine (9) to the <br /> Northwest corner of the East Half (E1�) of <br /> said Lot Nine (9) ; thence South along the <br /> West line of the East Half (E�) of said <br /> Lot Nine (9) to the point of beginning; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted and the amendment and <br /> modification requested thereby approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: , <br /> Section 1. That upon the conditions he reinafter mentioned <br /> and upon the conditions expressed or referred to in said Ordinance <br /> No. 5375, along with the conditions and covenants set out in the <br /> Exhibit attached to and made a part of said Ordinance, the special <br /> permit aforesaid be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended <br /> an d said petitioner be, and it is hereby, permitted to develop the <br /> premises aforesaid as an R-3, Residence Development Plan. <br />
