„ M ;li ' . . Section 2. That the conditions and covenants set out in and referred to in said Ordinance No. 5375 be, and the same are hereby, ratified and confirmed. Section 3. That, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, in two parts labeled "Site Development Plan - Comparison with Original P�U.D. and "Site Development Plan Set Back Dimensions” is the site development plot plan for the premi�es aforesaid, and the special permit heretofore granted be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended in accordance therewith, and said permit is specifically conditioned that said premises be developed in accordance there with for residential and incidental uses as shown thereon and for no other use and that aII driveways, streets, entrances, sidewalks, walkways, hydrants, buildings, appurtenances and other structures be located, inplaced and landscaped as shown thereon. Section 4. That the developer otherwise comply with all applicable provisions of all building, construction, mechanical, zoning and use codes and ordinances of the City and with all standards, specifications, rules and regulations of the City, particularly of the Department of Public Works, as to all water mains, sewers, surface water drains and similar impravements in the development of said premises hereunder. Section 5. That the permit heretofore granted, and the modification and amendment granted hereby, be, and it is hereby, made subject to the appropriat� provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended in accordance here with.
