That, attached hereto and hereby made a part <br /> hereof, in two parts labeled "Site Development Plan - Comparison with <br /> Original P�U.D. and "Site Development Plan Set Back Dimensions” is <br /> the site development plot plan for the premi�es aforesaid, and the <br /> special permit heretofore granted be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended in accordance therewith, and said permit is <br /> specifically conditioned that said premises be developed in accordance <br /> there with for residential and incidental uses as shown thereon <br /> and for no other use and that aII driveways, streets, entrances, <br /> sidewalks, walkways, hydrants, buildings, appurtenances and other <br /> structures be located, inplaced and landscaped as shown thereon. <br /> Section 4. That the developer otherwise comply with all <br /> applicable provisions of all building, construction, mechanical, <br /> zoning and use codes and ordinances of the City and with all standards, <br /> specifications, rules and regulations of the City, particularly of <br /> the Department of Public Works, as to all water mains, sewers, <br /> surface water drains and similar impravements in the development of <br /> said premises hereunder. <br /> Section 5.
