. <br /> ' ,� ' � :� . <br /> 2 <br /> done by them in furnishing services in and to buildings whereat <br /> other space than metered parking space is not reasonably available <br /> for conveniently parking service vehicles required in connection wi�h <br /> such work, by such system of permits, stamps, decals, plates, signs, <br /> licenses or other documents as shall be directed by the City Manager, <br /> , and upon the payment in advance of the sum of $27.00 per month fo ' <br /> • each such vehicle in lieu of normal meter usage charges, service/�of <br /> �� <br /> plumbers, electricians, elevator servicemen, heating or air conditioning <br /> servicemen and those engaged in similar occupations may be parked in <br /> such metered spaces without depositing coin in the meters appurtenant <br /> thereto, so long as the permit aforesaid is prominently displayed in <br /> or on said service vehicle while the same is so occupying such space. <br /> No such permit shall be valid without payment of such fee, and no such <br /> vehicle shall be parked in a metered space without deposit of coin as <br /> zequired by ordinance unless a valid permit is prominently di$played <br /> as provided in this section. <br /> Section 3. That the provisions of this ordinance be, and they <br /> are hereby, made subject to the applica ble provisions of Chapter 30 of <br /> the City Code. <br /> Section 4.
