In any case where a provision of <br /> this ordinance is found to be in conflict with a provision of any otl�r <br /> ordinance or code of the City of Decatur, existing on the effective date <br /> of this ordinance which establishes a lovaer standard for the pro�otion <br /> and protection of the health and safety of the peopl� the provisions <br /> of this ordinance shall be deemed to prevail, and such other ordinances <br /> or codes are hereby declared to be repealed to the extent that they may <br /> be found in conflict with this ordinance. <br /> Section 27. If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, <br /> clause or phrase of this ordinance should be declared invalid for any <br /> reason whatsoever, such decision shall not affect the remaining portion <br /> of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect; and to <br /> this �nd, the provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be <br /> severable. <br /> Section 28.
