When used in the pro�isions of this ordinance, <br /> unless some other meaning is apparent from the context thereof, the <br /> following terns and conditions shall have the meaning and definition <br /> a� set out in this section a� follows: <br /> A. AC�ES90RY BUILDING: A subordinate building located on the <br /> same lot as the main building, the use of which is naturally and normally <br /> incidental to that of the dominant use of the main building or land. <br /> B. BUILDING: A combinaition of materia ls to form a construction <br /> adapted to the permanent or continuous occupancy foz use for public, <br /> institutional, commercial, business, industrial or storage purposes. <br /> C. DETBRIORATION: The condition of a building or part thereof <br /> characterized by holes, breaks, crumbling masonry, cracking or peeling <br /> paint, rusting, weathering or other evidence of physical decay or neglect, <br /> excessive use or lack of maintenance. <br /> D. EXPOS� TO PUBLIC VIfiWt Any premises or any part thereof or <br /> any building or any part thereof which may bc lawfully viewed by the <br /> public or any member thereof from a sidewalk, street, alleyway, parking <br /> lot or from any adjoining or neighborhood premises. <br /> E. FIi� HAZARD: Anything or any act which increases or may <br /> cause an increase in the hazard or menace of fire to a greater degree <br /> than that customarily recognized as normal by persons in the public ser- <br /> vice of preventing, suppressing, or extinguishing fire, or which may <br /> obstruct, delay or hinder or may become the cause of an obstruction, a <br />
